Arlington Row in Bibury, Gloucestershire, England is a delightful and charming row of ancient cottages and their steeply pitched roofs dating as far back as the 16th Century.

They are exquisitely positioned along a peaceful water meadow. In fact, this picture perfect village is so beguiling that at one time Henry Ford attempted to have the whole avenue transported to America. It is said to be the most photographed street in the United Kingdom and one of the area’s top chill out spots.

Near Arlington Row is the village centre, clustered around a pretty square near St. Mary’s, a breathtaking Saxon church. Several of the Saxon remaining inside the church are replicas now because the originals are being safely held in the coveted British Museum.
